The following options are available during the construction process:

Construction Management
In this option, Alison will assist in selecting a construction team from among trustworthy and capable contractors she has worked with in the past, review the contractor’s contracts, determine the construction schedule, review payment requests, and provide general construction oversight during the entire process. Careful review of the project installation and timely communication between clients and contractors will ensure that your garden design is built true to plan and to the highest standards. Note: this option is not available if owner selects contractors other than those Alison has worked with in the past. Fee is 15% of construction budget.

Construction Oversight
In this option, Alison will be available as needed for questions from the owners and contractors, and be available for critical elements such as layout review, specimen tree selection, and plant layout. Fee is hourly.
